Raj Patel, Senior Director of Corporate and Field Marketing –
This week, we’re taking a look back at 2014 and remembering some milestone events. From product releases to awards and partnerships, the previous year was busy and productive from start to finish. As we move into 2015, our team is looking forward to what the new year will hold. Customers such as Nasdaq and partners like EMC, Panduit and Citrix are excited about the system-wide insights that IPM brings to their IT infrastructures, and we look forward to additional partnerships and collaborations in the coming year. Here’s a quick glance at what we accomplished in 2014:
- In May, our team attended the DCS Awards in London to accept the award for Datacentre ICT Company of the Year, which is presented for major achievements in the data center sector. The recognition was a testament to Virtual Instruments’ commitment to growth in the U.K. and other international markets, something we’ll continue to press on in the coming year.
- Also in May, we launched our Virtual Instruments University (VIU) performance management training program to build our customers’ and partners’ knowledge of our platform through training, accreditations and certifications. Attendees of VIU can work toward becoming Virtual Instruments Certified Professionals (VICP), which attests to their understanding of Infrastructure Performance Management and our proprietary technology. In 2015, we’ll continue our commitment to customer and partner education through this successful training program.
- In July, Virtual Instruments was listed as one of CRN’s 2014 Emerging Vendors for our IPM solutions, a list that recognizes innovative technology vendors that create opportunities for growth in the channel. This award was an honor for us as it highlights our dedication to our channel partners and our investment in providing them with go-to-market strategies.
